READ THE FOLLOWING EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
By purchasing a ticket for the event through the official ticket vendor (Lippu.fi), you are obligated to carefully read and comply with the terms and conditions in effect at the time, which can be found on this page and/or specified in the ticket vendors’ and/or Blockfest’s applications (app or equivalent).
Please check for updated information as the event approaches. We reserve the right to make changes to the program.
Read the event information as the event approaches and follow it during the event. Please note that failure to comply with the instructions and terms may result in removal from the event area, and the organizer will not be obligated to refund the ticket or package price in such cases. Pay special attention to the sections on Age Limit, Safety, and Prohibited Items.
Please note that the event is 18+. Minors will not be admitted even with a guardian, and the festival is not obligated to refund a ticket purchased for a minor. Age verification will be conducted at entry, and a valid ID must be presented upon request.
GENERAL PRACTICES
- Please note that you need a ticket or a festival wristband (Flex/Exclusive) and a valid ID to enter the event.
- The organizer is not responsible for changes to the performer lineup or other information caused by third parties. All rights to changes are reserved. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedules, or other event details. If the event is canceled or postponed, ticket refund and compensation policies will be announced separately. The organizer is not responsible for costs or losses incurred by the customer due to event cancellation or postponement, such as accommodation, travel, or other arrangement costs.
- Please note that photo and video recordings will be made in the event area for marketing purposes. The recorded material may be used for marketing purposes on Blockfest’s, Live Nation Finland’s, Nokia Arena’s, and event partners’ channels. Please inform the photographer if you do not wish to be in the photos or videos when you are about to be photographed or filmed.
- Participants are required to follow the event’s safety guidelines and staff instructions. Prohibited items or substances are not allowed in the event area, and disruptive behavior may result in removal from the area without a ticket refund.
TICKET RESALE / TICKETS PURCHASED FROM THIRD PARTIES
- We are not responsible for tickets purchased or received from third parties or their functionality. The responsibility is always on the buyer. Please purchase tickets only from the official ticket vendor.
- Blockfest does not support or monitor ticket resale but will intervene in misuse if necessary. Please check the purchase terms from the ticket vendors.
- Nokia Arena after-party tickets are not intended for resale or marketing use. Lotteries and other marketing campaigns utilizing the event must be agreed upon separately in writing with the organizer. Tickets raffled contrary to the terms may be invalidated without the right to a refund.
- If Blockfest or the ticket vendors detect violations of purchase and usage terms, they have the right to intervene and, for example, invalidate systematically resold or improperly acquired tickets.
TICKET RETURNS
- Blockfest is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties or their return.
